Prospective donors are encouraged to contact the Academy office
for information on our investment and spending policies. Our
funds are currently administered through a local Trust Company.
We carefully invest all funds donated to the Academy and endeavor
to use the funds in the way the donor has specified. Our spending
policies are conservative and responsible. At the current time,
in addition to our organizational activities, we administer
a number of scholarship funds as well as some small research
grants. The Nebraska Academy of Sciences is a 501(c)(3) non-profit
corporation so your contribution will be tax deductible. If
